TV TEASER WITH THE CFC

Earlier this year, I had an awesome opportunity to work with the Canadian Film Centre on a TV teaser called Saint Angeline. Set in the 50’s, this was my first experience working on a time piece. Makeup in that era was simple yet beautiful. The complexion was kept fairly clean, eyes were minimal with emphasis on lashes and the whole look came together with a bold lip. I decided to stay true to a 50’s makeup look except swapping out a red lip for a softer colour as it felt more character appropriate.

 Not only did I leave this experience having met some super talented people but also a deeper appreciation for how much work actually goes into all phases of production! (Hair by Jenna Sardo)
